PSO Coffee Program T78 Consumers ask for a good quality and want to know who produces it. This encourages coffee cooperatives to increase the quality and volume they place in the export market. Through the available resources provided by PSO, activities in the capacity building area are executed in the coffee cooperatives. Green Development Foundation has a 4 year contract and makes agreements with partner organizations on how these means should be invested. |

Coffee Support Network The Coffee Support Network support coffee producers to develop their own sustainable capacity to comply with the Utz Kapeh code of conduct and to create value from certification as responsible producers. The Coffee Support Network is envisioned as the vehicle to facilitate the developmentally relevant investments that must be made to support smaller producers to compete in this new reality. |

MIDCA The ModeloIntegral de Diagnóstico para Cooperativas y Asociaciones (MIDCA) is a model to be applied in order to diagnose, evaluate and define an organization, whether is a cooperative or association of cooperatives. MIDCA evaluates the organization’s complicated reality in a simple way in different areas and levels, keeping into account qualitative as well as quantitative variables from the organization. MIDCA will help to obtain a simplified and easy to understand image about the organisation’s situation and performance, besides of being the beginning to develop and apply action plans in order to strengthen the organization..
