We execute our work through a series of well structured programs and personnel in our main offices as well as in the field.

Programs are carried out and supervised by main office and local experts in the field during the entire time. Product specialists from abroad are hired to support and enrich the job, at the same time, it provides us with feedback on the work we are doing.

The cooperation with the producer organizations is very important, maintaining a good relationship with them in order to achieve successfully the objectives of the programs is one of the keys to our success. We recognize this as a mean for these organizations to reach sustainability.
